About Joshua Chen
Independent developer. I write about buying, rescuing, and building small Apps / micro-SaaS — and I take on the work when a listing is fixable but heavy.
Josh — App Rescue is the working label for screening, rescue engineering, and post-close ops. Same person, same inbox.

What I do
| Offer | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Listing screen | You have a URL and want transfer / risk / type (A/B/C) called before you bid |
| Rescue engineering | You bought (or will buy) something real, but the codebase or migration is the blocker |
| Managed operations | The product needs week-to-week care so “passive” does not become downtime |
| Custom build | Marketplace inventory is Type C or gray; you need clean ownership from day one |
I do not claim to be a licensed cross-border deal broker. Advisory/brokerage-shaped work stays out of scope until compliance is clear.
